Butler County native, Boyce Flener, will make his debut on the Sportsman Channel, Tuesday, August 6, 2013. He will be featured on the Whitetail Properties TV show. Boyce began working with Whitetail Properties Real Estate as a licensed real estate agent in the Spring of 2009. Whitetail Properties is a real estate company that specializes in listing and selling hunting land and farmland.  The goal of Whitetail Properties is to bring sellers and buyers together to help both parties in each real estate transaction.  One of Whitetail Properties’ most important marketing campaigns is their award winning TV show, simply called, “Whitetail Properties.” 
The weekly show is designed to turn hunting dreams into reality. Transforming an average piece of land into a true whitetail paradise requires time, energy, and a wealth of knowledge. The show demonstrates what it takes to acquire and intensively manage property, to produce trophy animals most hunters can only dream of. When it comes to educating viewers about why each hunt was successful they leave nothing to the imagination.
Each episode features an exciting hunt, while illuminating the benefits and virtues of owning a slice of the dream. The hunting action is intense, up-close, and in your-face, while the hunt breakdown and property review is both informative and entertaining. Property owners and managers around the country can apply this information to transform their land into a whitetail hunter’s dream.
