Fire Destroys Shop At Lee Smith's

Morgantown Volunteer Fire Department along with Second District and Fifth District Departments responded to a fire on the property of Lee and Marisa Smith of 93 Meadowlark Lane, off Logansport Road, on Monday afternoon.

The fire started in a large shop on Smith’s property and spread to nearby lots but was contained by firemen.The building was a total loss along with all the contents. The building contained vehicles, equipment, and toolsused by Smith in his Plumbing business. There were no injuries reported.
