Area fire departments responded to a structure fire at 2715 Bowling Green Road on Monday morning. The home belongs to Dorothy Sims and is located at the intersection of Russellville Road and Hwy 231.  The fire appears to have started in the attic.  No injuries were reported.

Morgantown Volunteer Fire Department, 2nd District Volunteer Fire Department, and Fifth District Volunteer Fire Department responded.  Also responding were the Butler County EMS and Butler County Rescue Department.
