FastNet Wireless Coming to Butler County
Butler County residents will soon have another option when it comes to high speed internet service.
Fastnet Wireless will be up and operating soon in Butler County, offering speeds faster than DSL, with more reliable and affordable service than satellite internet.
The company was started in Franklin in 2009 and offers internet service through small antennas installed at the customer location. Fastnet will utilize grain bins, water tanks, antenna towers, and tall buildings for its broadcast sites, which allows them to offer service throughout the county. Packages start for less than $35 dollars, with custom packages available for businesses, and full installation for $99.
