Farmer Extension Programming Goes Virtual

Grain producers can improve their farm management skills by participating in a 4-session series that begins November 10,2020.  UK Extension specialists will teach all 4 of the 1-hour sessions.  The program is being offered via Zoom computer technology.  There is no cost to participate, but interested producers need to register in advance by contacting the Extension Office.  After getting signed up, a zoom link will be sent before each session.  


The topics and dates are listed below:

Estimating Your Fixed Costs/High Input Grain Farming, Will It Pay - November 10th, 8:30 am

Characteristics of Profitable Grain Farms - November 24th, 8:30 am

Grain Hauling & On Farm Storage - December 1st, 8:30 am

Mobile Apps & Economic Decision-Making Tools - December 15th, 8:30 am
