Effective February 28, 2013, Fairview Community Health will no longer be providing services in their Morgantown location.  All services and patients will be transferred to their clinics in Bowling Green.
 
They will continue to provide the same quality healthcare you have become accustomed to.  For appointments please call 270-783-3573 ext 1005.
 
The main clinic of Fairview Community Health is located at 615-7thAvenue in Bowling Green.  The office is located just off the corner of Chestnut Street and 7th Avenue.

Directions from Morgantown to the main office in Bowling Green:

Take the Natcher Parkway South towards Bowling Green.

Take Exit 9 for US-231 toward Bowling Green.

Turn Right on US-231 S – Morgantown Road.

Turn left onto KY 68/80E – Veterans Memorial Lane. Continue 4.3 miles.
