Extension Informational Meeting to be held January 30th

The Butler County Cooperative Extension Service has recently purchased property on Gardner Camp Road near Highway 231.  An Extension Education Center will eventually be built on this property.
We are seeking input from all members of our community on what the new Education Center should look like, what functions it should serve, what type and size meeting rooms, labs, classrooms, kitchens, and other space that should be included to serve this community.
The actual construction will be in the future but the planning is going to start now. The first open meeting to gather input on the Education Center will be Wednesday, January 30th, 11 a.m., at the Butler County Extension Office.  The Extension Service staff will be on hand to discuss the project and record public input.
Light refreshments will be served.
For more information, contact the Butler County Extension Office at 113 East G L Smith Street, Morgantown or call 526-3767. Educational programs of the Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service serve all people regardless of race, color, age, sex, disability, or national origin.
