Escaped BC Jail work crew inmate captured in Logan County

Butler County Jail had a walk-off inmate escape from an inmate work crew job detail on Friday, June 28. This inmate escaped near the Butler/Muhlenberg County lines near Highway 431 and 949. The inmate - James Michael Robinson -  is from Muhlenberg County.  He is a white male, 6'3, 180 lbs, brown hair, with some brown facial hair. He was wearing light-colored denim pants and an orange shirt.

 


Following coordinated efforts by area law enforcement agencies, Robinson was apprehended in Logan County on Sunday night and is now in custody.
