Drugs and Money Seized on Orange Cemetery Road
An ongoing investigation led law enforcement to 1319 Orange Cemetery Road, off Russellville Road on Tuesday night around 10:00 pm. Drugs, money, a truck and motorcycle were confiscated at the residence. A Harley motorcycle, a GMC Yukon, over $3,000 cash, two other vehicles and 9.85 grams of methamphetamine were seized along with marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
The Butler County Sheriff's Department and the Morgantown City Police arrested four individuals and lodged them in the Butler County Jail:
Timothy B. Montgomery- possession of controlled substance, first degree, second offense, drug paraphernalia, buy/possession
Amanda Woolbright- manufacturing methamphemtamine first offense, trafficking controlled substance first degree, first offense, possession of controlled substance-meth, possession of controlled substance first degree, first offense
Ashley Green- manufacturing meth first offense, possession of controlled substance first degree=first offense-meth, possession of controlled substance first degree, first offense unspecified, possession of marijuana
Joshua D. Daugherty- manufacturing meth first offense, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/Poss
Responding were Butler County Deputies Chris Reneer, Heath West, Joe Alford, Ronald Cox, Dillion Bryant, Morgantown City Police Officer James Embry, Sgt. Denny Deweese and Chief Giles Taylor.
