On Friday, November 29, 2019, at approximately 0045 hours, Officers with the Morgantown Police Department, assisted by Deputies from the Butler County Sheriffs Office, executed a search warrant on 211 Sawmill Road #C for narcotics activity. The search yielded two clear bags of suspected Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.

Thomas V. Smith (DOB: 09/12/1977) and Autumn S. Davis (DOB: 03/21/1989) were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine) and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. Mr. Smith also charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence. Both individuals were lodged in the Butler County Jail.
