Last month I participated in the 2013 Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly to deal with redistricting. It has been an honor and privilege serving the constituents of the 21st House District in Warren County and I will continue to serve through the remainder of 2013 and 2014.

Beginning in January, 2015, redistricting will take effect and I will no longer represent a majority of the district I have served since 2005.  At that time, I will reside in the new 17th House District which includes Butler County and the Warren County precincts of Griffin Park, Drakes Creek, Natcher, Grider Pond, Campbell, Three Springs, Hunting Creek, Cave Mill, Cumberland Trace, Blue Level, Cedar Grove, Hadley, Plano, Rich Pond, and a portion of Rockfield.

I’ve had the good fortune of meeting many of the citizens throughout Butler and Warren counties. After receiving the blessing and support of my family, I intend to seek election for Kentucky State Representative, 17th District in 2014.

I'm looking forward to learning more about the issues important to the citizens of Butler and Warren counties, and working towards gaining their support as the new 17th District State Representative in 2014.
