Cross Country: Smith named to All-State Team

MORGANTOWN - Butler County High School sophomore Parker Smith has been named to the Kentucky Track and Cross Cross Country Coaches Association Boys' Class AA All-State Team.

Smith led Butler County throughout the 2021 boys' high school cross country season. A standout student-athlete, Smith will enter the 2021 boys' high school cross country season as one of the top runners in Class AA.

The KTCCCA Boys' Class AA All-State Team is as follows: Eli Hill (Bardstown), Caden Miracle (Bell County), JB Terrill (Boyd County), Parker Smith (Butler County), Daniel Puckett (Calloway County), Tommy Ott (Christian Academy-Louisville), Sean Simons (Corbin), John Hail (Corbin), Jonah Black (Corbin), Brendan Nagle (John Hardin), Chase Hines (LaRue County), David Rinehart (Lexington Catholic), John Reinhart (Lexington Catholic), Jake Pyles (North Oldham), Ethan Ransdell (North Oldham), Adam Patel (North Oldham), Evan Patel (North Oldham), Davis Brown (Russell), Casey Desilvey (Spencer County), Riku Sugie (Thomas Nelson), Austin Cavanaugh (Trigg County), Layden Wagoner (Webster County), Trevor Baker (Webster County), Garrett West (Webster County), Jon Eades (Western Hills).
