CRIME STOPPERS SECURES INVESTIGATION DISCOVERY CHANNEL’S HOMICIDE HUNTER LT. JOE KENDA FOR ANNUAL BREAKFAST

The South Central Kentucky Crime Stoppers will again host a special guest for the 2019 Crime Stoppers Eye Opener Breakfast. Lieutenant Joe Kenda, from Investigation Discovery Channel’s “Homicide Hunter,” will be the keynote speaker for this year’s event.

Lt. Joe Kenda, retired police detective, TV star and author is most known for his background in solving 92% of almost 400 homicides in his career. His impressive crime-solving history led to his own series on Investigation Discovery Channel which began in 2011 and airs a new episode every Wednesday at 10/9C. He is also the author of the captivating autobiography, “I Will Find You: Solving Killer Cases from My Life Fighting Crime.”

The Breakfast will take place on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 6:30 A.M. at the Sloan Convention Center in Bowling Green. Tickets will be available starting January 5th on the Crime Stoppers website and Citizens First Bank and American Bank & Trust locations.

Crime Stoppers is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization with a civilian community board of directors that allows members of the community to provide anonymous tips about criminal activity in exchange for a reward. The annual breakfast is a fundraising event where all proceeds go toward paying out the anonymous crime tips received.
