Court corrects minutes; takes action on several items

Judge Tim Flener

Butler County Fiscal Court met in regular session on Monday, October 10, at the courthouse. All magistrates were in attendance: Stevie Givens, Kevin Phelps, Timmy Givens, David Whittinghill, and Dillon Byrant.

The Court corrected minutes from previous meetings:

--September 26- changed the wording from Ferry Shack to Rochester Ferry Office and added NCTC to the broadband agreement

--September 12- corrected the spelling of Dillon Bryant's name

--August 22- Changing the wording of Magistrate Timmy Givens' Celebration Appropriation to $1,000 for Cancer Assistance and $500 for Annual Festival in Rochester instead of Farm to Table.
