Merry Christmas from the Butler County Knitters and Crocheters. We were blessed to have 247 hats, scarves, ear-warmers, messy bun hats and gloves to donate this year, and over 200 baby hats for the Medical Center newborns. Although our weather has not been too cold yet we know it will be soon. Winter isn’t really here yet. The Festival of Trees was wonderful, as usual, and the Morgantown 1st United Methodist Church also donated hats, gloves and other warm things for Butler County children. With our efforts, and the hard work of so many others, we want to make sure no child goes cold this winter.

The group will not meet until January, as usual Monday, 11 am, Butler County Library meeting room. Everyone is welcome. If you want to learn it, or share what you know how to do, we will be happy to see you. There is no charge ever and we have supplies for newcomers.
