Charles Cook and Jerline Oller were married in a store front church in Louisville, KY on December 23, 1956 by Rev Philemon Whobrey. They went to church on a Sunday morning and when the service was over, they stood before Bro Whobrey and said their marriage vows. No fanfare, no reception, not even any pictures were taken. They walked out of that store front and later had 4 children, 7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren, 22 descendants in all. Pictured are mom and dad, then with their children, then the whole bunch together. Our father and mother are an inspiration of what a marriage should be; a life long dedication to each other and love for family. We cannot be any more proud of our parents, Charles and Jerline Cook!
