Festival of Trees
As the Butler County Education Preservation Society anxiously awaits the opening of its museum our fundraisers continue.  We have all seen the cut backs in Education and the museum is experiencing that at this time. We understand and are in total agreement that the education of the children of Butler County is more important than the opening of the museum. Neither we nor the Board of Education have given up we are on hold till things turn around. Thank you all for your understanding.  Now come and help us make this the best fundraiser to date...our 5th year!
Festival of Trees, presented by Butler County Education Preservation Society, is in its 5th year!  This year we will be moving to 109 N. Main right across from the courthouse.  We feel this will be more convenient and give the wonderful trees you decorate more exposure.

We will be right across from the reviewing stand during the Morgantown Christmas parade and Santa will be visiting after the parade. On parade day, parents and children can visit Santa and have picture taken at no charge.
We will still have: The Festival of Trees; Giving Tree (food gift) , Memory Trees, in honor of a loved one, Gifted Pines, trees you can win, and Butler County Children's tree. Admission for children under 12 are still free, over 12 and adults are $2.00. (Butler County School children visiting with classes are exception.)
This year we would like to see as many of you as possible attending the dinner, as this year, we will be dining amongst your trees!  The “Fact or Fiction” panel is back again by request and is a great way to learn about Butler County and its people.
Christmas and community spirit abound and are contagious at the Festival of Trees!
So, get those Santa hats out and start dreaming of decorating ideas!  Let’s make the 5th Festival of Trees the best yet!
