From the time she was a little girl, Rachel Givens’ dad instilled in her that Christmas wasn't just about her. She now tries to teach her children this same lesson. Over the last 5 years, Rachel, her husband Jon, her daughter Caroline and her daughter Ellie,  once she came along, have made an effort to give to Toys for Tots. It started with an excess of birthday gifts, and it has grown each year - thanks to donations from family and friends. Last year, selling Christmas shirts to raise money, and through donations, the Givens family was able to purchase just over $1100 worth of toys for Butler County kids. 

Again this year, the Givens’ are selling shirts and are willing to accept donations. 

Rachel says “2020 has definitely been one for the books and brought about so many changes for us, our students, and society, in general. One thing that Covid won't change, however, is Christmas. It is just around the corner, and these kids deserve some normalcy!!”

Caroline's Toys for Tots Fundraiser

This is a pre-order, and the shirts will be ready in 3-4 weeks...hopefully just in time to deliver them around Thanksgiving. Orders will be taken through the end of the day today, November 16, and anytime for donations. The family would be grateful for support, either through the purchase of a shirt or a donation, which can also be made on the square site.
