Chapman awarded BCRTA Scholarship

Harlie Chapman, daughter of Brittney and Ray Chapman, was awarded the Butler County Retired Teachers Association Scholarship from BCRTA president Lee Ann Daugherty. The $800 scholarship is awarded to a Butler County High School graduate who will be studying to become a teacher. Harlie will be attending Eastern Kentucky University in the fall to begin her studies in elementary education.
