According to Green leadership is teachable and he shared 2 of the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by Maxwell.
First, the Law of the Lid, “an organization will only reach the level of effectiveness of the leader,” said Green. “Your leadership ability always determines your effectiveness and the potential impact of your organization.”
Next, Green spoke about the Law of Process.  “Leaders are made by what they do daily over several years,” said Green.  He used David Coleman, of Coleman Brothers Motors, as an excellent example of how to lead a business.
Green encouraged everyone to step out of their comfort zone and grow. Successful leaders are learners. And the learning process is ongoing, a result of self-discipline and perseverance according to Green.

Green is offering leadership classes starting April 15th, at Morgantown Community Church.  For more information contact him at [email protected] or 999-8267.

“Come see what God is doing in our community,” said McKinney.
