Representative C.B. Embry, Jr., R-Morgantown (17th District) (right) donated a portrait of the 1948 Kentucky Senate to Kentucky Legislative Research Commission (LRC) Director Bobby Sherman (left). The portrait, which features Rep. Embry’s father, Senator Carlos B. Embry, Sr., who represented Butler, Grayson, Breckinridge and Ohio counties, will be hung on the second floor of the Capitol Annex, which is home to the offices of the Kentucky Senate.
