these children have to know what happens when they say or do things that will hurt others this girl died because of what others had said about her this is terrible instead of just grieving some thing else has to be done to stop this sort of thing what has happened to our world?
YES, I lost a 17 year old daughter in a car accident. Not the same, but I can tell you and anyone else who wants to listen that someone or plural has just destroyed a family forever. People let's wake up.
I agree with you. People especially young people do not realize the harm they can cause with words or even actions such as excluding someone. We have got to teach our kids that words hurt and that we should treat others the way we want to be treated. We should also be diligent in monitoring our kids social media and text messages. This way we know if they are bullying or being bullied.
Praying for the family and for the people responsible to be held accountable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I once heard if our tongues were made of glass would people be more cautious about the words they spoke. Cyber-bullying is one of the worste because u never know who is saying these things and it cause alot of pain. I am sorry to the family and friends of the young lady. May God give you comfort in your time of need.
This is NOT a time to be decisive in your community. Jaclyn would rather the community unite and make a REAL effort to stop this unfiltered trash talking online. I was her teacher, she was not perfect, but she had a great soul and spirit. The way to honor her would be to invest time and money in prevention and oversight of situations such as this. Instead of pointing fingers, start making changes. That is what should come from this tragedy.
