Butler County NSDAR Meeting February 28th @BCPL

Butler County Chapter NSDAR will host its monthly meeting on Thursday ,February 28 at 6:00 in the Butler County Public Library.At 7:00 after BCNSDAR meeting in celebration of Presidents Birthdays, Steve Fuller will be speaking on “Lincoln”.
We invite all interested in Butler County Chapter NSDAR to both events and the public is invited to join with us to be mesmerized and informed by Steve Fuller’s honoring of Lincoln.  When listening to Steve Fuller you see and feel the past come to life and the flat figures from the pages of history take on dimension as he brings forth their human qualities.  February is also Black History Month and what better way to celebrate than to learn about the man who wrote the Emancipation Proclamation.
Please join the Butler County Chapter NSDAR at 7:00 in the Butler County Public Library for Steve Fuller on Lincoln.

The Butler County Chapter NSDAR Meets the fourth Thursday of the month at the Butler County Public Library we also have outings and special programs throughout the year, such as the Annual Women in History, Annual BCNSDAR Silver Tea, to honor Butler County Students from elementary through High School, Annual Flag Day program, participation in the Annual Memorial Day Program shared with the Green River NSDAR and VFW Post 5837 Ladies Auxiliary.  We also have Constitution Week activities, Annual Veterans Breakfast and the Annual DAR Christmas Home Tour to name a few.
The Daughters of the Butler County National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution work tirelessly to promote and preserve the American Spirit!
Is there a Revolutionary Patriot in your family tree?
 If you are over 18, regardless of race, religion or ethic background, who can prove direct descent from a Patriot that fought in the American Revolution you are eligible for membership. Butler County members are eager to help you trace the roots of your family tree. The fun has just begun and it is very addictive!
