Are you looking for the PERFECT place to shop OR sell for the holidays? Then you are invited to SHOP OR SETUP a booth at the Butler County Homemakers Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 9 am- 2 pm.
VENDORS - We will accept all types of vendors—food, craft, merchandise, even Christmas themed or new goods you need to declutter from home will be accepted! Booths are 12x12 and Homemaker members will receive FREE setup, with all others only paying $15.00 booth fee! Spaces are going FAST, so call the Extension Office to reserve your booth space at 526-3767!
Booth fee must be paid by Dec. 2nd. No refunds unless event is cancelled. Vendors provide their own tables and seating. Limited electricity for additional fee. Food trucks are welcomed to set up in the parking lot for same booth fee!
Vendor setup will be on Friday, December 6th from 4-7 pm and on Saturday, December 7th from 7-8 am.
SHOPPERS – We’ve already had 14 vendors signed in the first 24 hours! This will be a perfect opportunity for you to do some holiday shopping and 1) not fight city traffic, and 2) have a reason to get to town early before the Christmas parade. Kids can have cookies and pictures with Santa from 10 – 11 am!
Proceeds from booth fees will benefit the Butler County Homemaker Scholarship fund! Proceeds from sells go directly to you!
