Charges: Incest (20 counts), rape in the first degree ( 10 counts), sexual abuse in the first degree (10 counts), unlawful transaction with a minor in the first degree (20 counts), and sodomy in the first degree (10 counts)

Address: 250 Helm Lane Lot 6, Morgantown, Kentucky
Charges: Fleeing or evading police in the first degree (2 counts), assault in the fourth degree, persistent felony offender in the first degree, menacing, and violation of Kentucky EPO

Name: Mark Ryan Johnson
Address: Beaver Dam Road, Morgantown, Kentucky
Charges: Theft by unlawful taking over $500

Name: Cleatus Johnson
Address: 5446 Lovelee Road, Morgantown, Kentucky
Charges: Operating motor vehicle under influence of drugs or alcohol, no brake lights, and possession of controlled substance in the first degree
Name: Jeremiah L. Howard
Address: 711 Brooklyn Road, Morgantown, Kentucky
Charges: Theft by unlawful taking under $500

Charges: Escape in the second degree and persistent felony offender in the second degree

Name: Clyde Jason Martin
Address: 837 Clyde Martin Road, Morgantown, Kentucky
Charges:  Careless driving, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seatbelt, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth degree, possession of open alcoholic container, escape in the second degree, fleeing or evading police in the second degree, alcohol intoxication in a public place, criminal trespass in the third degree, disorderly conduct in the second degree, resisting arrest, menacing, and persistent felony offender in the second degree.

The indictment of a person by a grand jury or otherwise is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
