Butler County Fiscal Court is soliciting sealed bids for the following project:

Project 4428-0028

Location: Butler County E-911/EMS

1290 Veterans Way, Morgantown KY.

Removal of an existing 20KW generator and generator electrical components.

Purchase and Installation of One (1) new 30KW Generator.

Bid specifications can be picked up at the Butler County Judge Executive’s Office, or e-mailed to interested bidders beginning on Thursday, July 15th, between the hours of 8:00 am. and 4:00 pm. Monday through Friday. The viewing of the generator site must be scheduled before bid submittal by contacting Charlie Tomes, Emergency Management Director. Sealed bids must be turned in to the Butler County Judge Executives Office by 1:00 pm on Friday, August 2, 2024, at 110 North Main Street, Morgantown KY 42261, or mailed to PO Box 626, Morgantown KY 42261. Sealed bids will be opened on August 2, 2024, at 1:00 pm, and presented to the Butler County Fiscal Court for review and acceptance during their regular scheduled meeting on Monday, August 12, 2024, at 5 pm., at the Butler County Courthouse.

BUTLER COUNTY FISCAL COURT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.
