Butler County Chapter DAR Honors Achievement

BCMS Good Citizens with BCDAR Chairman Kyllie Doughty, Ernest Lee 7th grade, Sarah Belcher 6th grade and not pictured Zoie Pendley 8th grade.

The Butler County Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution recently announced its annual Good Citizenship award winners from local schools.

Junior American Citizen winners with Butler County DAR Chairman Laura Crafton. Students won in the Stamp and Poster dividion.Ten students placed at the state levelgoing on to the East CEntral Division, where Butler County had two first place and one second place. Winners went on to Nationals, where Butler County received a first place and honorable mention.
