Butler County boys' track and field team finishes 18th in state meet

LEXINGTON — The Butler County boys' track and field team finished 18th in the KHSAA Class 2A Track & Field State Championship at the University of Kentucky on Friday, May 31. 
Butler County's results from the KHSAA Class 2A Track & Field State Championship follow. 
Class 2A Boys' Boys' 400 Meter Dash: 5th - Kyle Chambers, 50.73.
Class 2A Boys' 800 Meter Run: 2nd - Parker Smith, 1:56.23.
 
Class 2A Boys' 1,600 Meter Run: 19th - Case Hooten, 4:57.62.
Class 2A Boys' 110 Meter Hurdles: 24th - Gage Beasley, 20.32.
Class 2A Boys' 300 Meter Hurdles: 13th - Gage Beasley, 42.36.
Class 2A Boys' 4x200 Meter Relay: 16th - Butler County, 1:34.43.
Class 2A Boys' 4x400 Meter Relay: 7th - Butler County, 3:33.14.
Class 2A Boys' 4x800 Meter Relay: 7th - Butler County, 8:28.34.
Class 2A Boys' Long Jump: 14th - Clay Steff, 19-1.
 
Class 2A Girls' Discus: 13th - Bella Easley, 91-6.
