Butler County Bd of Education Reports Theft

Sometime after 6:00pm on Tuesday night, a person or persons, drove off with several items from the Butler County Board of Education School Bus lot at 203 North Tyler Street in Morgantown. The following items were reported stolen to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday morning:

2008 White Chevrolet Silverado Pickup

Red EX Mark Zero Turn Lawn Mower

Black Zero Turn Dixie Chopper Lawn Mower

Stihl Blower

Stihl Weed Eater

Black 16 foot Utility Trailer with Drop Gate

According to Butler County Sheriff Scottie Ward the truck was located abandoned on Provo Road on Wednesday. Deputy Heath West is leading the investigation. If you have any information about this crime please call the Butler County Sheriff’s Office at 270 526-3676.
