Butler County Bassmasters announce the 2017 tournament schedule and sponsors.

Butler County Bassmasters is pleased to announce the 2017 tournament schedule and sponsors. As usual, BCB will try to fish a good mix of rivers and different types of lakes to help our competitors become the best all-around anglers possible. BCB’s main goal is to be a very versatile club for all types of anglers. While fishing several different bodies of water and promoting bass fishing, the environment, conservation and good competitive fellowship. BCB believes they have a very strong schedule with some really great bodies of water with the potential to put up some excellent bags of fish.  BCB has several tournaments on lakes that have 20 lb. stringer potential and rivers that have potential to put up mid-teens bags of fish during the time of year they are fishing them.  BCB will have 5 OPEN tournaments, 8 points tournaments, and their Classic Championship for 2017.  BCB believes that this schedule will challenge its competitors and help find the best ALL AROUND amateur anglers in South Central Kentucky. Club Membership dues for 2017 will be $10.00 per person and tournament entry fees will be $40.00 per boat per tournament with the exception of the June 24th event which will be $50.00 on Green River.
BCB will kick off the 2017 season at Peabody WMA March the 18th   this will be an open (no membership required) tournament at Peabody WMA on South and Island Lakes this Saturday the 18th 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM entry fee will be $40.00. Winning this event will be an automatic qualifier for BCB’s Classic provided you are a member and fish the required number of tournaments through the year to qualify. We will be taking entry fees as well as membership fees for anyone wanting to pay them that morning prior to the tournament.
