Butler County ATC Student of the Month

Justin Barks

Butler County Area Technical Center has selected (5) students to represent each class for the month of September. Each of these students displays leadership qualities that made them eligible for this award. Congratulations to each one.

Justin Barks, (sophomore), has been selected as the BCATC Student of the Month for the Air Conditioning program. Justin has shown leadership attributes by his attendance, promptness, and participation in class as well as his attitude toward learning. He is always eager to work and participates in every class and lab activity. Justin volunteers for assignments and is an asset to his classmates. Way to go Justin!
 

BCATC Health Science program has selected (senior) Maggie Willis as September Student of the Month. Maggie has been an exceptional student in every way, attendance, attitude, and grades. Maggie participates in the co-op program for the class. Her employer consistently reports that Maggie has been the best co-op student that has been sent to them. Congratulations Maggie!

The Industrial Maintenance program of BCATC has chosen Dakota Givens, (junior), for September Student of the Month. Dakota is a great team leader who is willing to take the initiative in learning new skills. Dakota works hard at both the academic level and shop area of the program. His attitude and participation in class puts him at the top of the list. Thanks Dakota.

 
September Student of the Month for the Carpentry program is (senior) Trevor Hammers. T.J. is an outstanding student. He is self motivated and a perfectionist. He helps mentor other students to achieve their fullest potential. He participates in class with a very positive attitude and always wears a smile. Best of Luck T.J.!


 

Kole Dean,(senior), is the September Student of the Month for the Automotive Technology program. Kole has displayed several characteristics of leadership. His promptness and participation in class along with his positive attitude has made him the logical choice for this honor. Good Luck Kole!
