Butler County Arts Guild Member Exhibition
For the last several months I have been interviewing several artists living in Butler County. While I can snap photographs of their pieces, it ultimately does no justice to see the works of art in person.
Currently the Butler County Arts Guild is hosting its member exhibition. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until September 25 from 12 pm - 4 pm you can come and see the pieces of art yourself. What's even more fun than viewing art is purchasing a piece of art to bring home. Not only are you adding a one of a kind to your personal collection you are supporting a local artist.
All pieces on display are from current members of the guild. On display this year are several mediums and styles for all to enjoy: pottery, glass, paint, pen, pencil, sculpture, and digital are all on exhibit for the community to enjoy.
If you wish to meet the artists and/or purchase a piece of art, there will be a reception open to the community at the Butler County Arts Guild on Saturday, August 13, from 2:00pm - 4:00 pm.
