Butler Co. residents donate $3,650.75 in Ag Tags

Butler County residents donated $3,650.75 to Kentucky 4-H, Kentucky FFA, and Kentucky Proud.

“We want to congratulate Butler County Clerk Sherry Johnson on this success and sincerely thank her for championing this important initiative,” said Melissa G. Miller, Executive Director of Kentucky 4-H, and Sheldon McKinney, Executive Director of Kentucky FFA.

Each simple $10 donation made renewing an Ag Tag culminates in having a major impact on the youth of Butler County.

  • Every $10 donated is divided equally between Kentucky 4-H, Kentucky FFA, and Kentucky Proud.
  • Half of the funds sent to 4-H and FFA are returned to your local 4-H Club and FFA Chapters. They choose how to spend these funds to make the greatest impact locally.
  • The funds retained by Kentucky 4-H and Kentucky FFA fund programs that impact members across the Commonwealth.
  • $3,650.75 is a tremendous gift, but there is more potential.  If 100% of folks purchasing an Ag Tag in Butler County donated, it would raise $16,120.

It’s a small investment that creates an abundant return.
