Butler Co. Football 2021/ Scrimmage Aug. 6th

The BCHS Varsity Football program has been working daily preparing for the upcoming 2021 season. The Bears will host a tri-scrimmage at HOME this Friday, August 6th at 7pm on the BCHS campus.

The scrimmage opponents will be the Hart Co. Raiders and the Franklin Simpson Wildcats. This will be a controlled scrimmage with KHSAA game officials. The scrimmage can last two-three hours.

A controlled scrimmage format, often you will see the coaches on the field, coaching. And the format will usually see each team play ten plays of offense, ten plays on defense. Then rotate out, in the fact with this being a *(3) team scrimmage. During a controlled scrimmage the score cannot be kept on the board, but the clock, down and distance can be used as need.

All fans are welcome, admission is $3 per person; or $10 for a family of (3) or more. Head Coach Brandon Embry & staff are excited about the 2021 season.
