The body of a Muhlenberg County, missing since November 27, was found in Green River on Sunday afternoon, December 21.  Authorities have been searching for Walter Keith Shelton since his car was located in a parking lot at Rochester Dam on Thanksgiving.  Rescue Squads from several area counties, including Butler County, have been dragging the Green River since his disappearance.  

According to the Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Department, Shelton’s body was found on Sunday afternoon about two miles west of the Rochester Dam in the Green River. The body was found by the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife agency.
