Board recognizes BCMS Jr. Beta Officers National Qualifiers; test scores presented
The Butler County Board of Education met in regular session on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 at the Early Childhood Training Center. Members Amy Hood, Delbert Johnson, Debbie Hammers, Rich Ellis, and Ryan Daugherty were all present. The meeting was chaired by Superintendent Robert Tuck. .
Under the "Recognition" portion of the meeting, the Board recognized the Butler County Middle School Jr. Beta Officers for National Qualifiers. Those recognized in attendance were 7th grader Mark Gruber, 8th grader Emmie Hawkins, 8th grader Jenelle Kimmel, and 8th grader Addison Norris
Under "Communication," Assistant Superintendent Josh Belcher and District Assessment Coordinator Chad Flener presented the overall KSA district and school accountability scores.
Butler County High School: Overall 55.9 (Yellow)
Butler County Middle School: Overall 50.7 (Orange-TSI Disability)
Morgantown Elementary: Overall 50.2 (Orange-TSI Disability, Hispanic, and English Learner Plus)
North Butler Elementary: Overall 46.8 (Orange)
