A new business is opening in Morgantown!  Blanford Auto Sales & Details, LLC, opens Tuesday, September 4. This new business is located at 20 Veteran’s Way, on the lot between the Farm Boy and Garcia’s restaurants.

Blanford Auto Sales & Details will sell, trade, and buy used vehicles as well as detailing them. The auto detailing prices will range from $15 for a hand wash to $125 for a full detail (under hood optional). The business hours are from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday and 9 to 12 on Saturday or by appointment (270-526-6815).

John Blanford is the owner.  He grew up on a farm in Henderson County and graduated from Henderson County High School. He later graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in marketing and resigned his position with Toyota Motor Manufacturing earlier this year to pursue this business endeavor.  He is married to Julie, daughter of the late Larry Craig and Patty Craig. They lived in Henderson before moving to Morgantown last year.  John and Julie have two sons, Garrett, 16, and Will, 12.
John invites everyone to stop by for any automotive sales and detailing needs.
