Big South Realty & Auction, LLC is officially open in Morgantown at  112 Ashley Plaza Circle.  They are not a new business as they are entering their 18th year. Big South has offices in Gamaliel, Scottsville and Glasgow, KY.  Several were on hand for the ribbon cutting and open house.

Joe Murphy is the founder and Principal Broker of Big South Realty and Auction, LLC.  He founded the company in 1999 and opened his first office in Gamaliel, KY.
"We are glad to be here in Morgantown; I have kinfolk right down the road.  You got something to sell, give us a yell, big and small we got sell them all," said Murphy.
In 2016, Murphy partnered with Captain Michael Dubree and Colonel Rickie N. Hagan to expand  Big South Realty and Auction, LLC. Captain Dubree, a licensed real estate agent, is currently assigned to the 138 FA Brigade serving 18 years with the Kentucky National Guard including deployments to Iraq and Jordan. Colonel Hagan has 37 years of service with the National Guard, the Army Reserves, and the United States Army.
