Belmont Hawks honored the boys basketball seniors of 2020.

Trevor Dockery is the son of Myron and Natasha Dockery. Trevor has played basketball for 6 years, and became a part of the 1,000 Point Club in December of 2017. Trevor plans to be an electrician and go to the beach every year with his family. His favorite memory playing basketball was going and staying in hotel rooms with his teammates. Trevor wants to thank his parents for being at all the games and giving words of encouragement, and also all the coaches he had over the years. 

Daniel Meredith is the son of Tina and Scott Meredith. Daniel has played basketball for 10 years. Daniel plans to get started in the real estate business, buying, selling, and investing in real estate with his father. His favorite memory playing basketball was the 2018 and 2020 home basketball tournament games. Daniel wants to thank his Mom, Dad, Grandparents, and the whole basketball team. 

John Michael Laster is the son of John and Alicia. John Michael has played basketball since he was old enough to pick one up. John Michael plans to log and sawmill. His favorite memory playing basketball was the two years he played at Belmont. John Michael would like to thank the team for making him feel like he grew up here. Mr. Josh and the school board for allowing him to have this chance to play ball. The coaches for helping us have successful seasons, and last but not least, all my family that come to support me. John Michael thanked his Grandpa for never missing a game, and gave him a Belmont Hawks t-shirt. 

Harrison Lee White is the son of Louis and Beth White. Harrison has played basketball for 10 years with the Belmont Hawks. Harrison plans to attend college for a degree in accounting, then he plans to manage Green River Waste. His favorite memory playing basketball was when they beat Burbon in the first game of the State Tournament last year. Harrison would like to thank his parents, coaches, his team, Zack, Trev, and Meredith. 

Walter Givens is the son of Brian and Natasha Givens. Walter has played basketball for 7 years. Walter plans to attend SKYCTC and get an associate’s degree. His favorite memory playing basketball was hitting 9 threes vs Bethel. Walter wants to thank his coaches and teammates for always pushing him, and his parents and girlfriend for supporting him.
