BCMS Boys Basketball Honors Players at Banquet

Butler County Middle School Boys Basketball held their annual banquet on Sunday, February 26th 2017 to honor this past season’s team. In front of a large crowd, players were presented with their awards for a job well done over the season.
“We would like thank these young men for a great season, one of the most fun that I have been a part of,” explained Coach Dustin Barnett. “It has been an honor to coach this season and to see these young men grow and improve throughout the year.”

The Bears were very competitive this season, ending with an overall winning record. The Bears impressed with wins over Ohio County, Muhlenberg North, Russellville, Moss Middle, and Allen County.
“It is very difficult to be a student and an athlete throughout a basketball season. The schedule is demanding, and these young men went above and beyond in the classroom and on the court.” Coach Donaldson detailed. “I would like to thank Coach Barnett and the parents for sacrificing time out of their schedules for the betterment of the program.”
