BCMS Baseball to host summer camp
When: July 15-17; 8 to 11:00 a.m. Daily/Ages 7-12; $45; Butler County Baseball Complex (off Gardner Lane)
About Camp: The camp is designed to teach players the fundamentals of baseball. Specific areas include hitting, bunting, base running, sliding, throwing, defensive mechanics, and an introduction to pitching and catching. To achieve this goal, players will be divided by age and skill level to ensure competitiveness and safety - creating a "camp within a camp" environment.
What to bring? Glove, practice pants or shorts (no jeans), cleats (no tennis shoes), all baseball-related gear that you have (helmet, bat, visor, etc.) Water will be provided. Players will receive a t-shirt, certificate of participation, and a baseball skills evaluation from a coach.
Questions? Contact Coach John Embry at 270-526-7945.
Sign up today! To ensure as much one-on-one instruction as possible, space is limited to no more than 30 players. Camp forms received after the session is full will be placed on a waiting list. Please register no later than June 24 to receive desired t-shirt size.
