Butler County Middle School is accepting parent nominees to serve on the 2013-2014 Site Base Decision Making Council.

The Site Base Decision Making Council has the responsibility to set school policy consistent with district board policy and will provide an environment to enhance students' achievement and help the school meet their goals.

You are eligible to be a candidate if you have a child that will be attendingButlerCountyMiddle Schoolin the upcoming 2013-2014 school year.

You are not eligible if (1) You are an employee or immediate relative of an employee ofButlerCountyMiddle School. (2) You are an employee or immediate relative of an employee in the district administrative offices or (3) You are a local board member or board member's spouse.

If you would like to be considered as a nominee then please come to Butler County Middle School and complete a nomination form located in the main office. Office staff will take your nomination from 8am-3pm and Michaelle Johnson will take your nomination at BCMS from 3pm-5pm.

Nomination forms must be completed and turned in the office no later than Tuesday, May 7th at noon.

Voting will take place at Butler County Middle School on Wednesday May 8th from 8am to 5pm.

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child that will be attending BCMS from the 2013-2014 school year then you are eligible to vote.
