Four students from Butler County High School participated in KMEA All State Chorus in Louisville February 6 – 8. Matthew Johnson, Braden Tichenor, Tiler Yates, and James Clark, pictured, auditioned in October and were among 600 across Kentucky chosen to take part in the three days’ activities. The students rehearsed up to 9 hours per day and performed as part of the Kentucky All-State Men’s Choir at the Kentucky Center for Performing Arts. Travis Lowe, choral teacher at Butler County High School, accompanied the young men as they represented Butler County at this prestigious event.
