The Butler County High School Softball Team honored their three seniors during a recent home game.

Abigail Lane Fry is the daughter of Chris Fry and Tammy Young.  Her favorite softball memory is when Taylor did a barrel roll trying to slide in home.  Also, when Zoie played a April’s fools joke on Coach Embry pretending to break her leg.  Her advice to returning players: “These are the best years of your life, just have fun and don’t let anyone ruin them.

Taylor King is the daughter of Paul and Selena King.  Her favorite softball memory is when Abigail recreated the Payton Grubb and got icy hot in all the wrong places.  Also, taking the banana suit on spring break trips. Her advice to returning players: “Have fun don’t let the stress of the game and coaches get in the way of making memories.”

Callie Cardwell is the daughter of Tina and Donald Cardwell.  Her favorite softball memory is going on fun trips with my team and spending every day and night with them.  Also, getting to see Coach Embry’s butt crack every time he bent over.  Her advice to returning players: “Always keep your head up when things aren’t going well and treat every teammate like they’re your family.
