BCHS Seniors Honored

Butler County High School honored the senior basketball players, dancers, and cheerleaders.

 

 Miss Jordan Chambers, daughter of  Samantha & Denny Chambers of Morgantown.

Jordan has cheered for 7 years. 

After graduation, she plans to attend Western Kentucky University to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education. She’d like to become a preschool teacher.

Jordan will miss everything about her senior year: UCA Camp, the laughs, her coaches...but most of all, the friendships she made. She wants to thank everyone for making these the best 4 years of her life.

 

Miss Taylor Burden daughter of Chris & Tracy Burden of Morgantown. 

Taylor has cheered for 6 years and is the first person to dive for BCHS.  

After graduation, she plans to attend SKYCTC to pursue a career as a diagnostic medical sonographer. She’d also like to do real estate on the side.

Taylor will miss all of the new experiences and her supportive teammates because they are like her second family. She is also very appreciative to the Bowling Green dive team for making her feel like part of the team since she was the only diver for Butler County.

 

Miss Jessica Bruner, daughter of Carolyn Shepherd & Mike Bruner, both of Morgantown. 

Jessica has been on the dance team for 2.5 years. 

After graduation, she plans to attend SKYCTC to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts. 

  

 Miss Journey Hixenbaugh daughter of  Ada & Eric Hixenbaugh of Monford.

Journey has been on the dance team for 3 years.

After graduation, she plans to travel the world in a 1967 Volkswagen bus and continue her dream of being a photographer.

Journey will miss being on the dance team, however, she won’t be far away. She plans to come back to do the choreography for them. 

  

 #10 Miss Jacie Ward, daughter of Scottie and Jamie Ward of Morgantown.

Jacie has played basketball for 7 years.

After graduation, she plans to attend Owensboro Technical College to pursue a degree in Nursing.

Jacie said that what she will miss the most is being a Lady Bear.

  

  #23 Mr. Mac Hampton, son of Paula Hurt of Morgantown and Mark and Tiffany Hampton of Logansport.

Mac has played basketball for 4 years and has ran track for 2 years. 

After graduation, he plans to attend Western Kentucky University and is unsure of a major at this time. 

Mac said that what he will miss the most is spending time with his friends.

 

 #24 Mr. Parker Rice, son of Stephen and Stacy Rice of Logansport.

Parker has played basketball for 4 years and baseball for 3 years. 

After graduation, he plans to attend Western Kentucky University and is unsure of a major at this time. 

Parker said that what he will miss the most is being with his friends all the time.

  

  #11 Mr. Zac Tutko, son of Michelle Tutko of Morgantown and Andrew Tutko of Bowling Green.

Zac has played basketball for 4 years.

After graduation, he plans to attend Western Kentucky University and is unsure of his major at this time.

Zac said that what he will miss the most is being with his friends all the time.

 

These seniors would like to thank all of their family, friends, coaches and fans who have supported them through the years.
