7. 1st reading of the revised exemption policy for finals

8. 1st reading of the revised tobacco use policy

9. 1st reading of a school wide field trip policy, Dennis Robbins

10. Discuss implementing a fee for issuing transcripts, Duane Curry

11. Discuss changing policy of only issuing one (1) credit at the end of the year for Algebra I to issuing a ½ credit at the end of each semester, Lisa Rhoades

12. Approval of  band’s spring trip

13. Set council meeting dates for upcoming year 2012-2013
