BCHS Senior Nolan Johnson, returns to the Class A State Cross Country Meet for his third year in a row. Qualifying his sophomore, junior and senior year.  The Class A Boys State Cross Country Meet will be held Saturday, November 7th at Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Ky.  The Class A Boys run will begin at 10:15am eastern standard time.

The Cross Country State Meet is a 5K run; this year’s Class A Boys run will consist of 275 runners. In 2015 Class A Schools are (125) in number participating in Cross Country. Cross Country is one of many KHSAA sports that is based and aligned by Classes. KHSAA Cross Country has Class A, 2A, 3A; and of course the sport is for both Girls Cross Country and Boys Cross Country.
          Here is a quick look back at Nolan’s times and place:
2013 Class A State Meet- Finished 80th out of 217 with a time of 19:05.43
2014 Class A State Meet- Finished 74th out of 210 with a time of 18:54.64

Also running this year and qualifying for the Class A State Meet is BCMS 7th grader Bryar Beasley.

The BCHS Girls’ Team will also be competing in the Class A State Meet. Team members include:
