BCHS March 2015 Students of the Month

Zoie Pendley

Four Butler County High School students have been recommended by faculty/staff members for March student of the month honors based on attendance, promptness to class, participation in class, grades or attitude.  These students are Jenna Hawkins, Zoie Pendley, Emily Coy and Lennon Johnson.

Jenna Hawkins is the 9th grade daughter of Jeremy and Regina Hawkins.  Her extra-curricular activities include FCCLA, FBLA and Beta.  Her future plans are to attend Owensboro Community College for two years and then transfer to Western Kentucky University to finish her pediatric nursing degree.

Zoie Pendley is the 10th grade daughter of Greg and Stacie Evans.  Her extra-curricular activities include FBLA, FCA, Beta, HOSA and Bears Softball.  Her future plans are to attend college and graduate with a business degree.

Emily Coy is the 11th grade daughter of Scotty and Marie Coy.  She is involved with 4-H, 4-H shooting sports, ROTC, Soccer, Track and Archery.  She is also Vice-President of the junior class, Drill commander, and Color guard commander.  Her future plans are to attend college and become an officer in the Navy.


Lennon Johnson is the 12th grade daughter of Jeff Johnson and Robin Coley.  Her extra-curricular activities include cheerleading, band, yearbook, FCCLA, Beta, Science club, Rocket team and Pep club.  Her future plans are to attend Eastern Kentucky University and major in elementary education.
