BCHS Cross Country Twilight Run Results

The Butler County Cross Country team competed at the Warren East Raider Twilight Run on Saturday, August 25 with over 860 runners. The boy’s middle school individual runners were 6th grader Case Hooten with a time of 3k time of 13:18.08 and 6th grader Marvin Brown with 16:05.86.

The girl’s middle school team was led by Emma Winchel with a 3k time of 12:34.51; followed by Lily Glass, 15:50.65 and Ann Marie Skaggs, 22:12.23. All three girls are 5th graders.

The varsity boys were led by 7th grader Parker Smith with a time of 20:14.66. This was the fastest time of any 7th grader in a 5k in the state! Other varsity boys times were 10th grader Bowen Kirby, 21:15.66; 11th grader Conner Glass, 21:17.57; 10th grader Jacob Camp, 24:59.15 and 9th grader Dawson Deel, 32:23:78.

The varsity girls were led by Junior Autumn Jenkins with a 5k time of 23:40.47. She was followed by Senior Delaney Embry, 25:31.77; Freshmen Mattie Smith, 27:14.56; Senior Michelle Cardwell 28:56.29; 7th grader Briley Webster, 29:05.82 and Junior Samantha Henderson, 31:55.96.
