BC Bears' Track & Field are State-Bound following Class A, Region 2 meet

On Saturday May 13th, the Bears travelled to Green County to compete in the Class A Region 2 meet. The Bears’ season has been a great one to this point with success on the track and in the field. The team’s two seniors, Hannah Perry and Dalton Lee, both entered the day with the possibility of this being the last meet of their high school careers, but refused to take that for an answer as both qualified for the State Meet on May 20th in Lexington.
“I think out of everything, I will miss track the most," said Perry.
Hannah finished 2nd with the 4X800 relay team, and won the 800M run.
Dalton took home 2nd in shot put.
“We had a day full of PR’s, State qualifiers, and medalists,” said Coach Fuller. “The effort today was amazing, so proud to get to coach such great young men and women.”

The Bears wrap up their season at the KHSAA State Meet on May 20th.
